Dargon walk was, a very long time ago, a ritzy and happening avenue along
which upscale patrons of the arts and high fashion might gallivant,
displaying their enviable furs and jeweleries.  The decline of Lowangen,
while now somewhat combated by the informal Merchant's Guild, has not
treated the once-glamorous Walk well.  The shop windows lining the spacious
walk are boarded up, the darkened signs tattered and illegible, the doorways
showing signs of homeless occupation.  
A maintenance man struggles hard to keep the city clean.
