The name of this dingy shop seems to be somewhere on the spectrum between
almost-pun and blatant false advertisement.  A wall full of caged mumbles
lies at the back, and in the far corner there's a huge pile of maleficarum
roots- the mumble's food of choice.  This man just wants to keep his mumbles
fed, which would be a striking example of humanitarianism, or at least
mumbletarianism, if they weren't hideous, worthless creatures.  At least he
might have things worth bartering for.  

An ugly, ugly man stands behind his counter coaxing a mumble with a maleficarum root.
