By far the most busy intersection of the outpost, this is where three
streets intersect.  The elbow is alive with activity, a large obelisk
standing somberly in the center.  Plant life grows freely here and a pale,
thin mist hovers over the ground, shrouding their roots.  Footprints
littering the ground affirm the business of the intersection.

An upstanding citizen of Rahdiyr stands here, admiring their city.
A medium-sized sidhe stands here, engulfed in his large robe.
