This bank is a branch office of the Seelie bank, and titled as such.  The
walls are plain wooden boards.  A thin gray carpet covers the cold dirt
floor, insulating the building from the environment.  Ornate lamps light the
bank very well, so no sleight of hand can be worked.  A small desk separates
the attendant from the investers.
