This shop is one of the more curious within the Keep's walls, and that is
both an understatement and a terrifying prospect all at once.  Tad Thaodora
is not actually present here, although a portrait of his smiling visage
beams down from its place on the far wall.  The man was a budding
entrepreneur who made his fortune in the insurance business, with the odd
conceit that the location from which he sold his contracts was designed with
a tropical island theme in mind.  A smiling man in a floral shirt stands
behind the counter, waving a hand and a contract, continuing on the legacy
of Tad Thaodora; affordable life insurance at variable rates, in a strange,
pineapple-smelling setting.
