This dark alleyway is not only lively, it maintains a portion of the
Bazaar's merchants.  Shops line the moist, cold alleyway.  Small vegetation
that doesn't need light grow grows along the ground, contrasting the
multicolored flags hanging all over.  Light shines in from the main road to
the west, as the dark alleyway continues northeast into darkness.  
A dark clothed elf lurks in the darkness, poised to attack a target.
