The ground is cluttered with colorful trash and old streamers from shops
in the area.  Banners depicting the area as a large market are hung from
every structure imaginable.  The wide dirt path runs northwest and
southeast.  A well-trodden road travels east, and a grassy footpath leaves
west.  
An average, insane shopper looks for a sale.
A kid dressed in rags wildly rings a bell, and holds out a metal can.
'I am Pip, the lowly beggar child!' Pip exclaims to you. 'Give me gold!'
