Beasts of burden graze freely in the area.  Trees border the area
allowing light to cascade through the branches, creating random strips of
shadows.  Hay and dead grass make a blanket on which animals may lay. 
Scratching and animal noises come from within the stables.  
A dirty donkey rests, waiting for its next assignment
