Deeper into the caverns, sounds outside dwindle to nothing.  Every small
movement echoes off the walls, amplified and pronounced.  The entrance fades
out of view to the north as darkness completely engulfs the area.  The path
diverges into two separate passages, one leaving east, the other southwest.
