The walls are rough and uneven gray limestone.  Stumps of stalactites
hang from the ceiling, slowly budding over millenia.  Since nobody travels
to this dead end, very clear water has gathered in a small depression in the
floor, dirt particles sinking to the bottom as sediment.  The passage comes
to a sharp stop, the wall flat and even.  
     A small puddle of clear water has gathered in a depression in the floor.
A small golden creature scampers around the ground.
