A large room, usually housing all the priest of this strange cult, the
Cult of the Draccos, mostly a group of fanatics.  Here they pray to their
deity, a large ancient Dracolich.  Small holes in the walls house many
sacrificial ornaments, and jewelry.  The room smells fresh of incense and of
murr.  Strange designs cover the smooth obsidian floor, showing pentagrams,
and strange skulls of creatures unknown.
A large demonic priest of the cult wanders about seeking victims.
