The smaller walkway here connects to the main boardwalk to the north and
Rilly's Reagents to the southwest.  The shop, like other buildings in the
village, is built of wood on a thin stone foundation.  This shop, however,
clearly hasn't been maintained in some time, and its dilapidated look
probably discourages new customers that might arrive from the docks.
