Just outside the church, a short stairway leads up to a set of large,
oaken double doors.  Thin, wavering light spills out from behind them,
clearly visible as you get closer.  The church itself looks too large for
the size of the village, and the relatively small number of current
residents would barely fill it to half capacity.
