Inside this large, circular stone building, a vast array of trade goods,
dredged from the ocean depths, is displayed.  Chests from sunken ships, ore
from undersea mines, and a host of mermish goods can all be purchased here. 
Established by Cleven Backon, who struck a deal with the merfolk, The
Ocean's Bounty is the center of all port activity in Naulitas.
