Just ahead to the north are several green stone buildings.  Covered with
barnacles, they could almost be mistaken for natural formations.  Acting as
an artificial breakwater, these buildings help keep the low walkways of this
section of Naulitas from the direct pounding of the ocean.  To the south,
the boardwalk serves as a ramp, leading back into the more typical sections
of the village.
