The most notable thing about this road is how absolutely flat it is. 
Nestled deep in the Peekos mountains, this village has seen little contact
with any outsiders, which is probably good, since giants, who live here,
don't like outsiders much.  The valley that is the village of Gorth runs
west and east.  The peaks of the Peekos mountains rise to the east.  A foul
stench drifts in from the restaurant to the north.

A giant guard peers at you as if it is trying to see into the very depths of your soul.
'No cause trouble in our town Zazou!' a giant guard exclaims. 'Me crack your skull good if you make trouble!'
