Behind the Butchery's main counter and display is this small room.  Two
doors stand opposite each other within the room.  The first proceeds to the
back of the shop and the animal pen where the domesticated meats are
normally kept fresh, while the second returns to the counter of the shop. 
This room is placed between the raw and final products.  By the first door
is a large block with a basket next to it, the final sights of many a pig. 
All along the sides of the walls is a small trench.  The ceiling has a few
hooks hanging from it and one side has two tables placed next to each other,
one appears to have the slots for cleaning knives and tools, while the other
has more refined cutting instruments.  The room is completed by a leather
hose attached to a large water drum mounted into the corner of the ceiling.
