This small cottage is unique in all of the settlement, in that someone is
clearly living here.  The building seems to have been well kept, with no
signs of decay.  A small wood burning stove is heating this kitchen while
the small table has been set for one, though no one seems to be around.  A
bedroom is to the west, and the doorway to the south leads back outside.  
     A small pile of sulfur has been set on the ground here.
