This stone tower serves the lookouts of this encampment, helping to
ensure that nobody is able to sneak up on them with any sizable force. 
Spotting a lone intruder, however, is considerably more difficult and the
guards here apparently don't seem to care much about that.  The interior of
the tower is perfectly round, with only a narrow staircase leading up to the
top.  The door to the south leads back outside.  
     A small pile of sulfur has been set on the ground here.
