The wealth and decorations of the lower floor seems a mockery next to the
barren walls of these chambers.  No lavish adornments greet those who come
here to die from a disease that cannot be understood or cured.  The hallway
stretches off to the west.  To the north, a door with a large red circle
painted on it indicates the final resting place of the dying victims.  The
stench of rotting flesh is quite strong, despite the door.
