Circling the periphery of New Rigel, Bastion Road follows the protective
wall that encloses the city.  Here at the north entrance to town, the
battlement is interrupted by a large gate.  Bastion Road runs east and west
past the gate with its variety of small businesses and homes lining the
street.  Lewis Street leads away to the south toward the center of town.  
     There is a weathered wooden hitching post here.
A guard stands at the gate keeping unwanted people out.
