Blissfully, the mud and earth has ended for a moment.  Here, and in other
pathways which crisscross the shrine, there is a respite for followers of
Maradas.  The soil is hardened and compacted into walkable terrain, and the
visibility has improved past a couple of feet.  The paths should allow
easier traversal of the sometimes-confusing shrine.  There are still patches
of mud, and it is by no means a garden, but it is passable.
