You are walking upon a poorly illuminated trail through a more sinister
part of Rune Forest.  The air here is musty and you can hear the cries of
scavenger birds circling overhead.  The decaying trees which stand on either
side of the path seem to invade the trail with their dry roots.  There is a
fork in the trail here with directions leading west, south and northeast.
