The Laughing Ariel was once a closet in the Tower of Riga, although the
arrival of so many treasure-seeking adventurers prompted an enterprising fey
to convert it into a bar.  The flagstones beneath your feet are covered with
dust and fragments of broken glass, you only hope the beer mugs are cleaned
more often than the floor.  South from here is an oak door.  
     A well used dartboard hangs on the wall awaiting its next volley.
A paralytic bard is here, resting his head upon the bar.
