This high-class armor store is the top supplier for the New Rigel police
forces, and is also popular with many of the adventurers who visit the town.
Gleaming steel breastplates are displayed prominently in the window, with
various other pieces of armor hung on the walls or stacked in the corners. 
A few especially nice suits are kept behind the counter, and look like they
could be made of mithril.
