You are standing under a great white arch that spans the entire street. 
The arch is covered with a thick grape ivy that seems to overgrown the area
and has begun to creep along the city walls.  Small gas lamps which are lit
by hand every night adorn the sides of the street.  The pavement is inset
with a mosaic pattern of small colorful stones polished to a brilliant
sheen.  The road splits here dividing the area into two different
neighborhoods where the affluent adventurers of Rune make their homes.  To
the south is a winding street to the older district and to the north is the
winding road to the upscale Krell Drive.  
     A beautiful white marble fountain spills water into a basin.
