This is the Towne Dump, a revoltingly smelly place littered with refuse
and other debris from the denizens of the Towne of Rune.  The more
unfortunate denizens of the Towne of Rune can often be found rumaging
through the refuse and other debris for useful items.  You can return to
Solomon Street through the exit to the south.  
     A somber-looking incinerator sits here.
