Every building has its clutter room, and this is the clutter room of the
Library of Rune.  Shelving carts, rolling book bins, small stepladders, and
other paraphernalia of the library sciences are stored in this large closet.
Furthermore, it seems that librarians do not obsessively organize
everything, given the jumbled arrangement of items in the room.
