The reading room constructed under the patron Professor Nightshade
resembles a storage closet more than a reading lounge.  The bookcases along
one wall are made of sturdy oak, while those on the opposite are constructed
of sturdier iron.  Books reside on the wood shelves, while a clutter of
beakers and strange gizmos collect dust on the metal shelves.  A bench has
been set up on a third wall, while a counter much scarred by acid and
scorched by fire rests against the last wall.  Truly, this is a lounge
worthy of the greatest inventor who ever lived.
