The third floor's lobby is less trafficked than the other lobbies, and
the reason is written out clearly on the walls of the room.  The writings on
the wall vary, including an arabesque, flourishing script; a patch of
geometric runes; and a third writing form of writhing, twisting lines. 
While none of the writings are decipherable, they clearly indicate that this
floor is the arena of the serious intellectuals.
