Circling the periphery of New Rigel, Bastion Road follows the protective
wall that encloses the city.  The outside edge of the road is formed by the
tall stone battlement that defines the municipality, while a variety of
small businesses and homes dot the inside of the long, jagged road.  Here
the road crosses the Tantaa River, which cuts across the town to the southwest.
An older gentleman watches out for young adventurers here.
