This is the junction of Rowan Road and Baphomet Boulevard.  Rowan Road
winds its way along the northern side of the Towne and is home for many of
the government offices and buildings for the Towne of Rune.  Baphomet
Boulevard is the eastern-most of three streets in Rune that run north to
south.  Rowan Road leads to the west, while Baphomet Boulevard leads south.
