Bisecting the city into north and south halves, Pine Road spans New Rigel
from wall to wall, intersecting Lewis Street at Town Square.  One of the
older roads in the city, it's one of the few with a bridge crossing the Tantaa
River on the west side of town.  Pellman Lane leads north from here.  
A mongrel wanders the streets looking for a good place to rest.
