You are in the NorthWestern corner of the Runic Castle Courtyard.  The
busy marketplace blooms in full action to the south and east.  All sorts of
people can be seen passing by.  More often than not, the Runic Castle Court
Jester can be seen here juggling colorful balls, with a group of admirers
watching.  Rumor says that she has quite a sweet tooth.
A plainly-dressed commoner wanders around in the castle courtyard.
