Once some Rigelian's home, this real estate has been taken over by
authority of Lord Vashir.  Retrofitted for New Rigel's newest and spiffiest
betting parlor complex, a wending sequoia staircase spirals below into the
subterranean bettors area.  Gold-threaded forest green wallpaper lines the
antechamber, evoking images of great wealth and resplendent surroundings. 
Lord Vashir's workers obviously took great care and spared no expense in the
creation of this gallery of riches.
