This is a small room surrounded by bare stone walls.  A small window on
one wall allows sunlight to shine through.  Usually you will find a few
Runic Castle Guards on post here.  On the wall is a old scroll which seem to
contain a list of names of people that are not welcome in the castle for the
protection of the king.
