You are in the Noviciate's Chapel of the Runic Temple.  You are awed by
an unseen presence that makes you feel as if you are in a very holy place
and should be respected as such.  The Chapel contains only a simple altar
upon a raised dais.  Incense burns gently in a censer hanging above the
alter, lightly filling the Chapel with a sweet-smelling smoke.
