Vassago's Audience Chamber                             -      -      -

You have entered the Audience Chamber of the Implementor Vassago.  The
room is dimly lit with glowing black and white candles set in tiny niches in
the stone walls.  A large pentagram drawn in white chalk takes up most of
the gray stone floor space.  Against the eastern wall stands an incredible
bookshelf, filled with unusual and alarming titles.  On the northern wall,
above a marble dais, is a strange symbol of two snakes biting each other's
tails - one light, the other dark.  
     A twisted iron staff has been left here.
     A twisty loaf of French bread has been left here.
