You are standing beneath a weird little hut.  The hut is about 30 feet
tall, and is resting on two chicken legs.  The insides of the hut seem to
faintly move in and out as you watch, almost as if it were breathing.  A
garden filled with odd-looking weeds and a few exotic herbs is to the east,
which you can see through the legs of the hut.  A wooden fence runs in a
circle around the entire area, with many of the posts surmounted by grisly
human skulls.  The eye sockets of the skulls glow a faint red color, and
gives you a general feeling of unease.
