practice rooms in the Guildhall.  Narrow arches lead west and east.  Over
the west exit is a sign that reads 'Combat Training'.  Over the east exit is
a sign that reads 'Magical Training'.  A winding spiral staircase leads up
to the rest of the Guildhall.
