The council office is where all the meeting manuscripts are held. 
Several secretaries are busy writing up the days events from a hearing
earlier in the day.  Upon the wall, there is a listing of times which the
council meets, which shows Monday, Wendnesday and Friday at noon.  The room
is basically furnished with a set of bookcases and four desks for the
secretaries.  Other than seeing the town's crest in the middle of the wall,
there are no other decorations.  To the north is the council chambers and
back to the east is the hallway.  
The town council secretary is very busy with paperwork and doesn't wish to be bothered.
