Walking among the trash of the town dump, it is a wonder that Lord Vashir
still advocates this method of trash collection.  Instead of the more modern
incineration techniques that Rune uses, the New Rigel Sanitary Service
simply collects trash from the local citizens and dumps it in this large
landfill.  Mounds and mountains of trash rise up on all sides, surrounding
the area with a thick unpleasant smell.
