As you walk into the office of the Nobles, you almost gasp at the
luxurious look of the room.  There is a dark red velvet covering the floor,
which has been carefully been attended to, so as to not ruin it.  Stands
along the walls, silver buckets hold bottles of chilled wine for the
Representives.  The scent of roses fills the room, not overwhelmingly so. 
No one seems to be in a hurry here, all taking their time.  
The secretary looks up at you from her busy work as you enter the room.
'Please leave, I can not be bothered right now.' a secretary says.
