Following the natural landscape that existed generations ago, Uldar
Boulevard weaves an odd course through the northwest portion of New Rigel. 
Originally a farmers' path, the street now avoids hills that no longer exist
and rocky outcroppings long since smoothed over.  
A tom cat is looking for some scraps of food to eat.
