Cramped and cold, this poorly lit cell houses those who are foolish
enough to break the law and get caught.  A cot sits in the corner, across
from a small slit in the stone that allows light to pass in during the day. 
As this prison is recently built, the room is clean for a prison, the walls
freshly painted and devoid of vandalism.
A fey prisoner keeps to a corner of the cell making sure no light hits his pale skin.
