You stand at the base of a massive staircase winding its way up as far as
the eye can see.  Some of the most mysterious and deadly creatures can be
found up there.  Long red drapes cover the cold stone walls.  A huge six
point star is engraved into the marble floor.  The room is lit by a few
torches on stands in the corners of the room.
