Faint, noxious fumes exude from the walls of this damp, underground cave.
You hear the sounds of rattling chains and the cracking of whips, followed
by a scream that sends shivers down your back, they seem to be coming from
behind a boulder to the south.  You feel compelled to find what ever
creature made such a horrible scream, and to see if you cant put it out of
its misery.
