Faint, noxious fumes exude from the walls of this long tunnel.  The walls
here are smoother than in the rest of the tunnels.  The few slaves that do
not work hard enough are brought here for their punishment.  The groaning of
the hundreds of slaves spread loudly throughout the tunnel.  Somewhere near
you, you hear a poor slave getting his daily punishment by the guards,
hopefully he will survive it.
