This bar is obviously intended to attract the less reputable tourists in
New Rigel.  It serves a wide variety of domestic and imported beverages, and
the lighting is rather dim, especially in the back of the room.  There seem
to be a lot of single men and women here, perhaps this would be a good place
to look for a little companionship later on.
