Although the kitchen is bustling with the activity of serving customers
all day long, the floors and counters are spotless.  Chefs dressed in tacky
blue uniforms rush about the kitchen whipping up tasty dishes for the
restaurant.  A small gathering of waiters stand to the side, ready to rush
dishes out to the dining area.  With all the cooking and preparation that
has to be done, all day long, there is always a large stack of dirty dishes
in the sink, since dishwashers are in short supply.
